summer program (no gym)
The program runs 16 weeks across four distinct phases — Foundation, Strength, Power, and Peak — each one building directly on the last. Every phase has a purpose, every week has a plan, and every session has a reason. Nothing is random. Nothing is filler. You train five days a week with planned de-load weeks built in at weeks 4, 8, and 12 so your body can absorb the work and come back stronger. Intensity is tracked week by week, starting at 35% in week one and peaking at 92% before a controlled taper into camp.
summer program (gym)
This is not a generic fitness program. This is a 16-week system engineered specifically to turn hockey players into the most dynamic, powerful, and explosive version of themselves — using a full gym to do it right. This program is built around one idea: dynamic muscle. Not just strong — fast and strong. Every phase, every session, every lift is designed to build the kind of explosive, hockey-specific athleticism that actually shows up on the ice.
in season program (no gym)
This is a 24-week in-season hockey training program requiring no gym equipment, built around 3 sessions per week done exclusively on off-days. Each week follows the same structure: a speed/agility day, a bodyweight and resistance band strength day, and a skills/conditioning day focused on stickhandling and shift intervals. Intensity starts at 40% in week 1 and peaks at 86% in week 21, with a planned deload every 4th week to manage fatigue across the season. The six phases move through pre-season activation, early season maintenance, mid-season upkeep, a push phase, a late-season peak, and finally a playoff taper. Mental training — visualization, box breathing, and film review — is woven throughout, especially during recovery weeks.
in season program (gym)
This is a comprehensive 7-month junior hockey training program designed for athletes with full gym access. It's broken into 7 progressive phases: Foundation, Hypertrophy, Max Strength, Power, Speed & Power, Peak & Sharpen, and Pre-Season — each building on the last. Every week consists of 4 training days covering lower body, upper body, speed/skills, and full-body work, with built-in deload weeks every 4th week for recovery. The program follows a carefully structured intensity progression starting at 38% and peaking at 90% before tapering into game week, ensuring athletes arrive at pre-season in peak condition.
