TRAIN ON YOUR OWN TIME.
TRAIN OFF THE ICE. DOMINATE ON IT.
Digital Office is an off-ice training program built specifically for youth hockey players. For just $25 a month, athletes get access to structured workouts covering speed, strength, conditioning, stick-handling, and mental performance — all delivered through an app, anywhere, anytime. Built by a player who trained alongside NHL draft picks. Designed for every player who wants to be better.
Frequently Asked Questions

Most workouts are 30–45 minutes — long enough to get real work done, short enough to fit into any schedule. No gym required, no commute, just show up and train.

Every single exercise in this program was chosen because it directly transfers to the ice. The lateral bounds train crossover power. The sled sprints build first-step explosiveness. The tempo leg press builds the dynamic quad strength needed to maintain a low skating stance through a full shift. The flying sprints develop top-end speed. This is not a general fitness program with a hockey logo on it — it is built from the ice up.

We provide directors with everything they need to share the program with their players and families. No cost to the organization. The program is flexible enough to work around any team's schedule — whether it's in-season, off-season, or tournament weekends. Families enroll for $25 a month per athlete and each player trains at their own pace, on their own time, with full access to the complete program throughout the entire season.

The 16-week program is designed to peak right at the start of camp or the season. Once the season begins, we have a separate in-season program designed to maintain everything your child built over the summer — so the fitness, strength, and speed they arrive at camp with does not disappear as the season gets long and demanding. The summer program and the in-season program are built to work back to back as a complete annual development system.
